Request to Modify Protective Order
A request to modify a protective order is a process. This form is the initial step.

After the form is submitted to the court, a copy will be emailed to the prosecutor and victim advocates.

A hearing will be set to address any modifications of a protective order. Watch for an email from the court with that court information. If you do not see an email within 3 business days, please check email spam folders.
