Hosting Center Tour Request

This form is ONLY a request form. This does not automatically sign you up for the time you put.

Because we have so many reservations and times booked, you might not get the allotted time that you choose. We will make sure to reach out to you and see if we can find a time for you!

Please note that we can only do 30 minute increments for the tour.

You are allowed 1 tour of the facility.
After you do book with us, you are welcome to go on more tours before your event date.

We currently only do rentals from May 1st-September 30th. Reservations can be made, with dates depending on if you are an Orem Resident or a Non Orem Resident.
