Located at Mt. Timpanogos Park. The Cascade Hosting Center is a delta-shaped facility with both the east and west wing being identical. We rent out the entire facility, not just one wing. Amenities for each wing include 24’x48’ cement floor, water access in the middle of wings, shelving and cupboards in the middle area, 8 garage doors in each wing, access to electrical outlets and overhead lights.
Please be aware that part of the Hosting Center is blocked off, due to storage for amenities. There is no air conditioning in the facility. Reservations for this facility require the reservation fee and a written agreement. Reservations are non-refundable, if reservation is less than 3 weeks out.
Hosting center access will be from 9am-9pm on the day of the reservation. Once the form is submitted staff will contact you to move forward with the reservation process.
All reservations must be made at least 2-3 weeks prior to the event. We will reach out to you via EMAIL. If we do not get a response within a weeks time of the initial email, we have the right to forfeit the request.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation is non-refundable within 3 weeks prior to the reservation date. Reservations canceled more than 3 weeks in advance will have a $50 cancellation fee
