2026 Oremfest Car Show Registration

The Oremfest Car Show is a benefit event in behalf of the American Legion Orem Post 72, which supports veterans in our community. They provide flag retirement, grave dedicatory salutes, Memorial and Veterans Day ceremonies, and much more. To learn more about this organization, please visit legion.org

The suggested donation for participating in the car show is $15/vehicle. This donation includes:

Priority parking hours
1 space per paid entry in the priority parking area
Car Show Participant swag
Entry into the Car Show contest
Free hot dog dinner

All proceeds from this event will go to support American Legion Post 72.

Online registration will be open until June 7, 2026. Day of registration will be available for cash and credit card payments. No checks please.

We are looking for open-top vehicles to drive city dignitaries and companions in the Oremfest Parade. Would you be willing to drive dignitaries in your car in the Oremfest parade this year? The parade is on June 13th at 7 pm. Parade vehicles will need to be at the staging area by 5:30 pm*

Car Show Participant (PARTICIPANT) shall release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Orem City (CITY) and its officers, elected officials, employees, agents, volunteers and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, lawsuits, losses, costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees, court costs and expenses), arising out of, caused by, or resulting from (in whole or in part) the negligence, wrongful acts or other acts (or omissions) of PARTICIPANT and its contractors, employees, agents, or representatives performed pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement. This indemnification obligation shall not be limited by any limitation on the amount or type of damages or by insurance limitations. The CITY may, in its sole discretion, conduct its own defense of any claim, damage, loss, or expense covered by this indemnification section. If the CITY elects to conduct the defense, PARTICIPANT shall still be liable for any judgment obtained against the CITY (except to the extent resulting from the CITY’s own negligence). Also, if the CITY elects to conduct the defense, PARTICIPANT shall be consulted regarding the attorney(s) used by the CITY and any settlement offers, although the ultimate decision on attorneys used and settlement offers shall be made by the CITY.
