• 2026 Oremfest Grand Parade Application

  • Oremfest is an annual celebration of the Orem community, held during the first full week of June. Parade participants provide a showcase of the community's local businesses, organizations, representatives, schools, and residents. The Oremfest Grand Parade takes place on the final Saturday of the festival, beginning at 800 E/800 S and ending at the Orem City Center Park, located at 300 E Center St.

    • Application Completion: All applicants must complete the application in its entirety to be considered.
    • Selection Process: Submission does not guarantee entry, regardless of past participation. The City of Orem reserves the right to select any participant from the approved applications.
    • Notification: Selected entries will be notified and sent a contract, along with instructions for paying the entry fee. Notifications will be sent out mid-March.
    • Waiting List: Applicants not selected will be placed on a waiting list for their category.
    • Contracts are Non-Renewable: All contracts are for the duration of the current year’s Oremfest only and are not renewable. All vendors must apply and be selected each year, as past participation does not guarantee selection for the current or future years.
